4. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
5. Device and Network Identifiers — Your IP address, recorded with your sign-in sessions. At signup we also record a first-party device identifier together with your IP address and its network prefix. Those signup records hold only keyed pseudonyms, never the values themselves, and we keep them to understand patterns of repeat signups against the free credits new accounts receive. We do not currently use them to refuse or restrict any signup. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of that free allowance, and the records are deleted when your account is deleted.
6. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
7. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the service.
• Generate content you request, by sending your prompts and uploads to the AI model providers that produce it.
• Moderate content for compliance with our policies and applicable law.
• Respond to support requests and conduct administrative review, by authorized personnel.
• Display content in Explore and in featured placements, where that content is public under the service's visibility settings.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
• Improve the service, using account, usage, device, and cookie data. We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to improve or train our own AI models.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With the AI model providers that generate your content, and with the moderation services that review it. These providers handle the content we send them under their own terms.
• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• Publicly, in Explore and in featured placements, where your generated content is public under the service's visibility settings. Some generations are public by default, and on accounts without a paid plan or an active trial they cannot be set to private by the account holder.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. To request account deletion, contact us using the support channel below. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

When an account is deleted, we revoke access and erase or anonymize account content and identifiers. We may retain a pseudonymous account reference and limited transaction and subscription records where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and legal compliance. Those retained records are stripped of account profile details and are no longer available through the deleted account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
