We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and more. Additional local payment options may also appear at checkout depending on your region.

Credits are deducted based on what you generate — primarily the model you choose, plus video duration, output quantity, and resolution. The exact cost is shown on the generator page before you submit, so there are no surprises.

No, unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle. We recommend using them within the current period to get the most value out of your plan. On yearly plans, credits are added every month, counted from your billing date, and the credits from each month expire when that monthly period ends.

You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. If you are on Lite, switching to Pro unlocks more monthly credits; if you are already on Pro, you can move to a higher Pro tier ($29 / $59 / $89 / $139 per month). Yearly billing offers the best per-credit price.

Your current balance is shown in the credits badge at the top right of any page. For full details — including usage history and renewal date — visit the Billing page under Settings.

No — the price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or extra costs beyond the plan you select.

You can request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been used. To request a refund, please email [email protected]. For full details, please see our Refund Policy at fabbo.ai/refund-policy.
